Join Andrei Lussmanns and his special guest, Greg Blesson, founder of Mad Squirrel in Hertfordshire. As with all Lussmanns suppliers, Mad Squirrel are nuts about making the best possible product using the finest ingredients. Since 2005 they’ve been brewing a brilliant range of unfiltered beers here in Hertfordshire – from milk stout through pale ales and pilsner.
They also have some very strong green credentials, including recycling spent hop matter, that will eventually be turned into green energy.
Sumo is their flagship beer and embodies their ethos. Each batch is brewed using only the finest ingredients, sourced from trusted suppliers. The brewers employ traditional techniques alongside cutting-edge technology to ensure consistency and excellence in every sip.

- A complimentary glass of Chapel Down Sparkling will be served from 7pm followed by a three-course dinner from 7:30pm and finished with complimentary Cornish tea or locally roasted coffee.
