Selected by Andrei and freshly prepared by Nick and our team of chefs, this special menu includes three delicious restaurant-quality courses with prosecco and fine wine. All carefully packaged in biodegradable containers, with easy-to-follow cooking instructions and available for collection between 12-5pm on 27th February from our restaurants in Hertford, St Albans, Harpenden and Hitchin. (Please note that our delivery slots for these dates are now full so we are providing a collection option for you).
What’s in the Luxury box?
Hampshire Chalk Stream trout with dill, capers, pickled radish and shallots, served with half a loaf of our sourdough pain à l’ancienne.
Enjoy with a quarter-bottle of Cantine Bortolotti, Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut NV (200ml), fresh and lively aromas of white flowers, honey and apple combine with a creamy, persistent mousse.
Feast on a whole native lobster and prime outdoor-reared British ribeye beef. Prepared with Maldon sea salt, fresh thyme and a portion of rendered beef fat to glaze your joint during the cooking process so that you may experience the full, deep and rich taste. Served with a chimichurri sauce, a generous portion of Sublime butter.
Serve with pre-prepared side dishes of gratin dauphinoise, mac and cheese and a double portion of root vegetables slow-roasted in thyme and garlic.
All accompanied by half bottles of excellent Chablis Dom. Alain Gautheron and Chateau Gachon, Montagne St Emilion, the perfect complement to your lobster and steak dinner.
A satisfying helping of our homemade sticky date pudding, served with sticky toffee sauce and a dollop of mascarpone.
