The vision and the driving force behind the eateries at Lussmanns are due to Andrei Lussmann and Tim Hope.

Between them they have accumulated over 30 years in the restaurant industry.

This experience has enabled them to steer a careful but dynamic course for the Lussmanns' concept which they passionately believe provides a genuine restaurant experience.
