Stickleback, based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, is a modern wholesale
business in the capable hands of third generation fishmonger Ross Arnold.
I met Ross at his fishmonger shop in Cockfosters four years ago where
he also directs the retail arm of the business that has just celebrated
50 years – great news!

Ross and his wife Lizzie, who live in St Albans, share a passion for
fresh fish sourced sustainably which they can now enjoy at one of their
favourite restaurants - Lussmanns. Into our fourth year with Ross we
look forward to more fresh fish sustainably sourced to our door daily.
