What we offer

Lussmanns is an independent restaurant group. We’re small enough to value our staff as individuals, and big enough to help you to develop your career with us. All our staff receive a comprehensive induction, regular training and ongoing support. We also offer complimentary staff meals during your shift and a 15% discount when you dine with us.

Our tips policy

There is no service charge at Lussmanns. All gratuities go directly to staff, in accordance with the Fair Tips Charter. Parties of five or more are subject to 10% discretionary service charge. We have always believed that our staff should receive 100% of tips as an appropriate reward for providing excellent service.
